SELF CATERING ACCOMMODATION

  • Please note that our property operates on a self-catering basis, and we do not provide meals, including breakfast. Guests are encouraged to prepare their own meals at their convenience, and our fully-equipped kitchen facilities make this easy and enjoyable.

  • A variety of grocery stores and local markets are located nearby within a 1km radius and we’d be happy to recommend the most convenient options to help you get settled. You can also opt for doorstep delivery through quick commerce platforms.

  • If you expect to arrive after 8:00 PM, we would suggest picking up any essentials for your first morning in advance, as nearby shops may be closed upon your arrival. We're happy to assist with directions or recommendations to help you plan ahead.

KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

  • Please note that we are a serviced apartment and not a traditional hotel or guesthouse. Our space is designed to offer guests the comfort, privacy, and convenience of a home-like stay rather than hotel-style hospitality services.

  • While the apartment is fully furnished and equipped for a comfortable stay, services such as room service, on-call bellboy assistance, daily housekeeping on demand, or luggage handling are not available. Guests are expected to be reasonably self-sufficient during their stay, similar to staying in a private rental or Airbnb-style accommodation.

  • We do provide basic support, clear check-in instructions, and assistance when needed, but the overall experience is intentionally independent, quiet, and residential in nature.

  • If you are looking for hotel-style service and round-the-clock staff assistance, our accommodation may not be the right fit. However, if you prefer privacy, flexibility, and a comfortable home-like environment, you’ll likely enjoy staying with us.

SERVICES

  • Housekeeping- At guests' necessity/convenience and /or depending on the availability of the caretaker. For longer stays, housekeeping shall be done every 2-3 days.

  • As the host operates remotely, guests are requested to stay connected with our caretaker for any house-related requirements or assistance during their stay, as caretakers are best equipped to attend to any service request promptly.
